Realising the heritage value

 

Currently, while there is much detailed specialist knowledge available about Smallcombe, there is no single point of access to this information.

 

Our website, once fully developed, will provide detailed information about Smallcombe, with links to other specialist websites where burial records, wildlife surveys and an in-depth history of the development of Smallcombe can be accessed.  We will tell the social history story of Smallcombe: how it came to be, who designed and built it, and who lies within it. A similar wild life experience will be available.

 

There will be an explanatory board located at the entrance, plus QR codes at key points within the cemetery, so that visitors will be able to learn about the heritage of the site.
